To be sure that their customers are satisfied with their puchase, they provide a special care program that covers the first 15 days after puchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. Shipping costs to send the watch to the support center will be at their expense. So if your watch is still under the Wewood Special Care warranty please log on to their website, click on support/returns and send an email to the support center in your geographical zone, indicating in the subject of the email "Special Care" and in the text, your address and telephone. They will be happy to assist you in all the process.
