HI THERE STRANGER - LEARN TO FLIRT AGAIN
January 30, 2019
In the beginning, it is all about eye contact, shy smiles and flirting, but after a while, you get used to each other and fall into a boring routine. The butterflies die down and date night becomes a boring repeat show.
We suggest adding some mystery to your relationship to spice things up. Put some excitement back into your relationship by pretending not to know each other when you go out, or go on holiday. Every conversation, story, and touch will be new and soon those butterflies will be flying high.
TWO RULES TO GET THE MOST OF THE GAME
1. Never break character.
2. Don’t make it too easy. Remember that this is a stranger approaching you. Let them work for it.
Entry the bar (or party) separately and take seats on opposite sides of the bar. Send over her favourite drink and when (if) she accepts head on over and get your flirt on. Remember she is a stranger you are meeting for the first time so your game needs to be on point. Hit on her like you did the first time you saw her. Be bold and confident. We can guarantee you will leave the bar together...
Play hard to get and let him buy you drinks all night. Let his hand linger on your knee and lean in way too close when you talk to him. Getting hit on and flirted with makes you feel special and well… kinda hot. There is a cute alternative to this situation. Instead of flirty you are only allowed to take to each other in pickup lines. The cornier the better!
Cure a boring flight by making things interesting. Don’t get seats together, but try and be close enough to flirt and “get to know each other”, but far enough apart so strangers still think you just met. Makeup reasons way and where to you are flying, discuss the movies available and try and guess each other’s drink choice. See if you can convince the person sitting between the two of you to switch seats. You can even try and join the Mile High Club.
A COFFEE SHOP
Pick a lazy Saturday morning and go to your favourite coffee shop alone. Take a book and get comfy. See if you notice him entering. The anticipation of the meeting will be exhilarating, just like the first time you saw each other. This time, you make the first move. See if you can get this number before the second cup of coffee arrives.
This is the long game. Choose 24 hours out of your holiday to play. Book two rooms and set the time. Create elaborate characters with different backstories and names. Pretend not to know each other the whole day, but that night meet up at the bar. Tell her how you have seen her the whole day and you just had to meet her. Tell him about how you couldn’t take your eyes off him by the pool. Talk about your (fake) lives and if all goes well slide your room key into his pocket. Just like in the movies.

I know the sun will swallow the only earth we’ll ever have, and I am in love with you.”
